Wheelchair Cube features:-

Built by Nissan Japan in their Autech Division from the ground up.  The vehicles are not converted, but built with the rear wheelchair position specifically in mind.  The purpose built Nissan Wheelchair Cubes are convenient, easy to drive, and no different to driving a standard modern vehicle.

The rear suspension lowers and the access ramp folds out giving a gentle slope making loading and unloading a breeze.  There is a built in electronic 4 point tie down mechanism which automatically tensions the tie downs quickly and safely.  Another one of the many carefully designed features is that the wheelchair passenger is seated close enough to the front passenger and driver to be part of the conversation. They also enjoy great all round visibility due to the unique panoramic tinted windows. The Nissan Cube is large enough to transport passengers in either a wheelchair or powered mobility scooters.
